Know your cost upfront:

I will look up your insurance benefits and give you an estimate of your payment before your treatment session. This allows you to know what you will owe for each session without having to wait for your insurance to process the claim. I collect your estimated coinsurance, copayment, and/or deductible payment at the time of service. These pre-collected payments are my best estimate based on the information your insurance gives me, and if I am off I will adjust your payments to account for the difference.
